We will keep you updated on the progress of your job/product, and when I say I will deliver on a certain, I will deliver. You can contact me at any time, day and night, unlike 'online' printers.

With online ordering once you have 'uploaded' your artwork, that's it, your order is now out of your hands, if there are any issues with your file, it's down to you! If I find any issues with your file, that you have emailed to me, I will inform you, so that you can be assured of quality at all times.
