Mail Shot

Decided to do a small mailshot last week, only a 100 or so. 2 days later had an enquiry for a banner, 2m x 61cm.
The client concerned wanted delivery next day, Giraffe Press obliged, produced the banner and in fact delivered hours early.
Client most satisfied, so much so that they sent an email, "it's brilliant, thank you so much for all your help".

So satisfying when you get a thanks.
